Job Description:
Immediate openings for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) of all
experience levels, including new grads and walk-ins.
Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care according to
care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents' health, report changes, and document care
accurately.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families to ensure
optimal resident support.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
Requirements include an active PA LPN license; experience preferred
but not required.
Flexibility in shifts (day, evening, overnight, weekends, holidays)
is needed.
