Spectrum is currently hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives-Billing! We offer: Consistent schedule with same shift hours and same days off each week!$20.00/hour plus $.75 shift differential for shifts starting after 11:00am This position is a full-time entry-level to mid-level customer service role resolving customer billing inquiries and account issues, adjusting services as requested, and upholding positive customer relationships. What is the Billing Representative role? It's about building relationships and turning the knowledge you gain in training into customer service wins. Education Requirements --- -High School Diploma or GED Experience Requirements --- 6 months or more customer service experience --- 6 months or more experience working with computers and multiple software applications Qualifications Need to be a flexible communicator and good listener who can multitask to solve problems.
