We take pride in our creative and collaborative work environment and in delivering clinically excellent, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services.What are we looking for in a Crisis Case Manager?Crisis Case Managers work within Acute Care Services to assist in the evaluation of individuals who are experiencing a crisis. Crisis Case Managers offer supportive counseling to help clients stabilize and then assist clients with connecting to appropriate community services and treatment. Activities generally include gathering initial referral information, meeting with individuals to gather information on the presenting issue, reviewing this information with a DCR when necessary, and facilitating in-person or telehealth crisis evaluations. To be successful in this role, Crisis Case Managers will need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, knowledge of community resources, and comfort with making home visits and traveling locally throughout the workday. They will also need to be able to manage multiple tasks and be able to prioritize effectively.
