JLL is currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join
our new Integrated Facilities Management team. This position will
provide leadership to a team in the delivery of services to operate
and maintain a growing portfolio of properties including
customer/client services, financial management, facility
maintenance, procurement, work order management and reporting, and
supplier management. The position will also develop client
relationships with key representatives supporting several of the
portfolio's clients' real estate goals and objectives.
This position may be responsible for overseeing the operation of
the facility's mechanical, electrical systems along with Soft
Services and small project management. The Assistant Facilities
Manager coordinates work duties and takes a hands-on role in
operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility
equipment on all systems. Additionally, this position will provide
Facility/Project Management support project controls including PO
creation, Vendor Engagement and setup, Field walks, Soft Services
quality assurance and associated reporting along with work order
dispatch as necessary.
