Our Product Manager - Data Migration will work directly with The
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Accenture Federal Services
Services to modernize and improve GI Bill claims processing for
veterans, service members, and dependents. As a key member of the
team, you'll contribute directly to impactful digital services
transformation that empowers government agencies and civil servants
to better serve the American people by delivering a best-in-class

What You'll Do (Primary Responsibilities):
- Requirements gathering/elicitation for new product development
and Data Migration projects.
- Responsible for the collection, analysis, and documentation of
business and/or technical requirements, which may include, but is
not limited to:
- Participating in planning sessions with business partners to
improve a business process or products, conducting background
research, and taking initiative to close any gaps.
- Analyze and document requirements to create specifications,
utilize storyboarding and prototyping to facilitate the design of
- Participates in project planning, sprint planning, grooming
sessions, from requirements through design, testing,
implementation, and maintenance.
- Implements comprehensive feature epics and stories including
detailed descriptions and acceptance criteria.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove
- Data migration solutions, technical designs, performance
engineering, and production implementation plan.
What You'll Bring (Requirements):
- Education Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or
a related scientific or technical discipline is required.
- Years of experience: 5 years experience.
- Experience finding trends, errors and reviewing data with
report writing skills.
- This role is more technical than a typical Product Analyst
role. You'll have a technical background with
- Understanding and experience with AWS Migration solutions like
AWS DMS , AWS SCT and AWS Glue.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Data Architectures like
knowledge of data platform and data pipeline frameworks, data
management, database planning, data governance standards and data
quality tools, process for data movement, and data analytics on
- Experience in programming languages like Python, Java , Spring
- Experience in writing and understanding SQL.
- Experience in Data Migrations and ETL methodologies.
- Ability to understand the Business and relate data entity and
Data elements from Source Database to Target database during Data
Migration of requirements
