Job Description:
Description:Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the
Pharmacy Technician will perform all duties within the pharmacy as
are permitted under the laws of the State of Washington. Pharmacy
Technicians also participate in the Tele-pharmacy medication
delivery system as needed.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30
pm; OR 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Rotating Saturdays.
Requirements:Education: HS Diploma/GED required.Experience: 1-year
experience in a pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or 2 years as a
Pharmacy Assistant preferred.License/Credential: Current Washington
State Pharmacy Technician certification in good standing. National
Certification preferred.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Bilingual
(English/Spanish) language skills preferred. Working knowledge of
pharmacy workflows and dispensing procedures. Ability to work
varied shifts; Ability to occasionally work late to accommodate
patient needs.
