Description:The Registered Nurse works closely with providers and medical assistants within our multidisciplinary community health center to provide high quality and compassionate patient care. The person in this position must be consistent and competent in the standards of registered nurse practice following the rules, policies, and procedures developed by Tri- Cities Community Health within the scope of practice following guidelines of the State of Washington.. Requirements:Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. BSN preferred.Experience: One year of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting or community health center preferred.License/Certification: Current RN license required. Must have/obtain CPR certification within 3 months of hire. ACLS Certification may be required.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Fully functional in use of Microsoft Office products. Fully functional in use of Electronic Medical Records. Knowledge of current regulations, guidelines and the scope of practice of Registered Nurses in the state of Washington. Skilled in the use of standard medical equipment and instruments.
