JOB DESCRIPTION
Duly licensed physician who desires to practice and provide Child and Adolescent psychiatric medical services to the community. Physician is engaged to practice medicine in accordance with applicable laws and professional medical
standards.

REQUIREMENTS
Licensed in the State of Washington to practice medicine with an unrestricted right to prescribe controlled substances and medications.

PRACTICE
In/outpatient mix, weekend in-house call 1/6 coverage, 1/5 weekday phone coverage. Board eligible with requirement to complete Boards by end of contract term. Will see Adult inpatients when on call with average census of 16. Our physician compensation is very competitive, with robust benefits. Counseling Center currently employs six psychiatrists, including one child/adolescent psychiatrist. Childrens services include day treatment, medication management, crisis, case management and therapy. In addition there are numerous services for adults, including an inpatient hospital..

Health Network is a healthcare system on three campuses throughout the Tri-Cities.
Medical Center in Pasco is an acute care hospital with 8 smart suite ORs, a rehabilitation unit, an observation unit with state of the art equipment, med surg, ICU, ED with 26,000 visits annually, and Pulmonologist Clinic.
Counseling Center, the only Psychiatric Hospital within a 75 mile radius is in Richland offering inpatient and outpatient services.
Health network also consists of a 17,000 square foot family services center with several specialties and modern diagnostic equipment is located in West Pasco one of the fastest growing areas in the state. Additionally health network has several clinics and physician offices throughout the Tri-Cities and outlying areas.
