This hard-working, dedicated group is seeking a team player with the ability to adapt and learn.*What You Will Own in this Position** Contributing toward the continuity in the provision and coordination of patient care* Administering and evaluating pharmacological and other therapeutic treatment regimens* Performing diagnostic studies* Documenting and communicating changes in patient needs* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to treat the whole patient and improve patient outcomes*What You Bring to this Position** Adaptation to your environment to effectively handle change* Interpersonal communication for interaction with patients and the healthcare team* Problem identification and resolution* Compassion and integrity to advocate for the patient* Professionalism as the face of patient healthcare*About Your Team*This Acute Care team works around the clock in 12 hours shifts, to establish excellent patient care. They continually strive to learn and grow in their practice. This Team is excited to show you what they have learned and eager to listen to what you may teach them. They encourage questions and hands-on learning and want you to know there is a place for you with them.*To Be Successful*This position requires you to have a current Washing State Licensed Practical Nurse license and from an accredited program. We are looking for you to be a valued member that is able to provide and receive instruction. Prior experience in an Acute care setting is a plus.
