Job Description:

A Registered Nurse performs and coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and other patient care personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and respect for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.

EDUCATION

• Education: BSN Degree preferred.
• Population Specific: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to population served in Surgical Services.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of Acute Care Nursing and previous OR experience preferred.
• Required Certification(s): Registration and current RN License in Washington State, current BLS required, and ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred Certification(s): CNOR preferred.
• Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population. Salary Range: $34.13 - $63.39
  
  This is a Union position.
  
  SIGN ON BONUS: (Pro-Rated for Part Time Positions)

• $10,000 sign-on bonus offered to New Graduates
• $15,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 1-3 years of experience
