Job Description:

A Registered Nurse who performs and coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with the ancillary staff and other patient care personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and respect for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.
EDUCATION

• 
  
• Education: BSN Degree preferred.
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 (one) year of Acute Care Nursing preferred.
  
• Required Certification: Registration and current RN license in Washington State. Must have/obtain a current BLS, ACLS and PALS or equivalent within six months of employment in the unit.
  
• Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
  
  **We are willing to train for this position with a 2 year commitment.**
  Salary Range: $34.13- $63.39
  This is a Union position.
  Sign on bonus (pro-rated for part time positions:

  • $15,000 for 1-3 years of experience
    
  • $25,000 for 3+ years of experience
