Job Title: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Surgical Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (07:00 - 17:00) Experience: 1 year, first timers welcome License: Valid Allied license required Certifications: CST required Must-Have: Candidates must be willing to float between units. On-call is not required. Weekends are not required. Block schedules are not required. Expected ratios are 1:1. Shift may vary between 8 and 10 hours depending on facility needs. Description: This position requires a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) to work in a surgical services setting. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience, but first timers are welcome to apply. The shifts are day shifts, working 10 hours from 07:00 to 17:00. Candidates should be prepared to float within the facility. This position does not require on-call, weekends, or block scheduling. The expected ratio is 1:1 during procedures. Special requirements include flexibility in working hours, as shifts may include a mix of 8- and 10-hour days depending on the facility's needs. References from a minimum of 2 supervisory contacts within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting are required.
