Job Description PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive
Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Yakima, Washington. Job

Discipline: RN - Start Date: 09/08/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36
hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel
440298 eneral Information: Unit Beds: 20 Will you accept a traveler
with 2 years experience? Yes Will you accept a first-time traveler?
No, need to have completed at least 1 travel assignment Patient
Types: CHF, Respiratory distress, ACS, A-fib RVR, DM, blood product
administration, bipap, CVA overflow, post-cath patients - will see
TR bands and the femoral approach; can see femoral sheaths but
travelers will not pull them Some surgical patients vascular,
abdominal, GI, etc. Drips: diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, nitro,
heparin Patient Ratios: ICU: Typically 2:1, sometimes 1:1 depending
on patient acuity 2NW or Tele: 4:1 during the day, 4-5:1 @ night
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Skills required: Experience with
above patient types Chest tubes, wound vacs, dressing changes,
monitoring femoral arterial sheaths Preferred - Art line ICU
experience preferred Impella and/or IABP experience strongly
