Associate Caregiver Health RN at Providence Health and Services
summary: The Associate Caregiver Health RN provides clinical
caregiver health services through telephonic, virtual, and
occasional in-office interactions, focusing on occupational health
compliance and COVID-19 related support. This role involves
managing caregiver health inquiries, mentoring staff, and
collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality occupational
health services. The position requires a Washington RN license,
experience in acute or occupational health settings, and
proficiency with healthcare systems and technology. Description
*Providence is calling for Associate Caregiver Health RN \ Hybrid
located in Spokane, WA - Per Diem/On Call, Day Shift In promoting
optimal health and well-being in Providence Saint Joseph Health
caregivers, the CHS Call Center RN is responsible for providing
clinical caregiver health services, primarily through telephonic
and virtual means, and in Caregiver Health Services offices at
times. The CHS Center RN ensures compliance with state and federal
requirements and PSJH policies and protocols and utilizes the tools
provided to ensure accuracy of information and direction to our
caregiver and core leader customers. Accountable for timely and
effective response, management, resolution, escalation of incoming
inquiries, in accordance with established Service Level Agreements
(SLAs). Applies critical thinking to resolve complex questions
regarding COVID-19, intake of exposures, caregivers reporting
symptoms, exclusion from and clearance to return to work, the
after-hours management of blood/body fluid exposures, virtual
pre-employment health screens, and support annual surveillance
activities, as well as other CHS activities as identified and
trained to. Mentors and supports new members and/or new processes
and initiatives. Participates as an integral team member with CHS
colleagues and leaders to deliver high quality occupational and
environmental health services. Performs all duties in a manner that

hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. 1 year Experience as an
RN in an acute or post-acute setting Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 1 year Experience in an
Employee/Occupational Health setting 6 months Experience with
computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel,
