Compensation - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1680 - $1800 Med/Surg RN Job Details - Location: Pasco, WA 99301 (Washington nursing jobs) - Facility Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation / Medical-Surgical Acute Care - Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel nurse contract) - Start Date: November 18, 2025 - End Date: February 17, 2026 - Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) - Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Friday/Saturday nights) - Unit Size: 10 beds - Patient Ratio: 5:1 - Electronic Health Record: Meditech - Medication Management: Omnicell Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state or compact state (required) - Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience (required) - Rehabilitation nursing experience preferred - CCRN certification preferred (not required) - Ability to float to Med/Surg unit as needed - Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills - Must reside more than 60 miles from facility to qualify for travel nursing jobs - Required documentation: Resume, Self-Assessment, Skills Checklist Med/Surg RN Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a rehabilitation and acute care environment - Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, including rehabilitation-specific documentation and GG scoring - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Meditech EHR - Float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed to support hospital operations Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team in Pasco, Washington, and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
