Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Southgate Physical Therapy at
Providence Health and Services summary: A Pediatric Occupational
Therapist at Southgate Physical Therapy provides specialized
occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to pediatric
patients under the supervision of rehabilitation leadership. They
ensure high-quality care in accordance with hospital policies and
are required to have a Washington Occupational Therapist License
and relevant certifications. This role supports the mission of
delivering compassionate, patient-focused care within a
comprehensive healthcare organization. Description The Occupational
Therapist functions under the general supervision of the
rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The
Occupational Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability
for a designated group of patients/clients and provides
occupational therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in
accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and
procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

Degree Occupational Therapy. upon hire: Washington Occupational
Therapist License. upon hire: National Provider BLS - American
Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree
Occupational Therapy or Ph.D. Occupational Therapy. 1 year
Specialized occupational therapy training or experience to meet a
