Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 9 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary (Home Health Physical Therapist): - Start Date: ASAP (Compliance process takes about 3 weeks) - Shift: 8-hour day shifts - Patient Ratio: 1:1 (may visit up to 6 patients/day; 27-30 productivity points standard) - Case Load: 4-5 patients per day - First-Timers: Accepted - Weekend Requirement: None - On-Call Requirement: None - Local Candidates: Accepted - Experience Required: - Minimum 1 year of recent skilled PT Home Health experience (within last 3 years) - Inpatient experience not accepted - Certification: BLS required - Licensure: Active WA or compact PT license required - OASIS: Expert level required - Transportation: Must have own reliable transportation - Travel Radius: Occasional maximum of 100 miles (clients grouped to minimize drive time) - Documentation: Timely communication and documentation required (tools provided, must be returned) - Other: No weekend or on-call shifts required Reliant Staffing Solutions/RSS Medical Job ID 4117.
