Description The Associate Lab Assistant is responsible for completing and maintaining competency in specimen processing and packing, phlebotomy, and client services. Assists in the pre-analytical phase of select testing. Upholds laboratory compliance and accreditation through adherence to established departmental policies and procedures, safety standards, and infection control standards. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Completion of a formal Phlebotomy Training Program. Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
