Description The Occupational Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Occupational Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides occupational therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy 1 year of Specialized occupational therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need.
