Job Description Join two other providers in a busy ENT/allergy practice with 2 full-time allergy nurses and room for significant allergy growth. Enjoy professional autonomy practicing bread and butter ENT in an office with state-of-the-art equipment including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology. In-office procedures available if desired. Professional Details: - Dedicated weekly OR time - State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment - State-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years - Patient volume: Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired); medical scribes available - Work schedule: 4-day work week - Fulltime, permanent - Epic EMR Compensation and Benefits: - Very competitive total compensation opportunity (600k) which includes: - Quality incentives up to $100k - RVU bonus based on annual threshold - Commencement Bonus of $50k - $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription - Loan repayment (student) - Hospital employed - Full benefits including a 401k match - Paid malpractice
