Join our team and fulfill your calling. Apply today! Position Overview: This role involves administering radiation therapy by delivering prescribed doses to specific areas of patients' bodies. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and position patients while accurately selecting anatomical parameters. Collaborate with physicians and dosimetrists to implement appropriate treatment plans. Maintain comprehensive records of all therapy sessions. Ensure proper maintenance and adjustment of essential equipment, including linear accelerators. Adhere to regulatory standards in all activities. Submit high-quality images and documents to PACS promptly, ensuring correct lead markers and patient data. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized department, including procedure rooms and storage areas. Work with a constant state of alertness and safety. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education Requirements: Associate's degree or completion of a radiation certification program. Experience: No prior experience is necessary. Physical Requirements: Regular standing and walking. Frequent use of vision for both near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) distances. Regular auditory communication and the ability to distinguish sounds. Frequent lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Regular patient handling and movement. Frequent reaching, gripping, and data entry. Occasional lifting of objects weighing between 25-50 lbs. Occasional color identification and distinguishing. Occasional bending, stooping, and repetitive movements. Rarely kneeling or sitting.
