Located in a region serving a tri-city area. This facility has 111
beds. Services include emergency department, family medicine,
orthopedics, joint replacements, obstetrics/gynecology, internal
medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, lab, diagnostic imaging, and
more. It is a teaching hospital with a progressive care unit and
step down unit. The area features 25 square miles of beautiful
recreational landscape, including three golf courses and 27 public
parks. It is situated in the heart of a well-known wine country.
Direct flights are available to major U.S. hubs. Unit information
includes: Number of beds: 16 private rooms Patient ratios: 1:4 with
1:3 accommodations for acuity. Equipment includes an electronic
health record system. Supervised by designated personnel. The
patient population is comprised of geriatric and adult patients.
The role involves floating between progressive care, med-surg, and
postpartum units. Two weekend shifts are required within a two-week
pay period. Call requirements are also part of the position.
Candidates must have experience with common diagnoses and
treatment, including alcohol detox, post-PCI, diabetes, cardiac
issues, and gastrointestinal conditions. A personality that fits
well with the team is preferred. Dress code includes standard
