Job Description:

Global Medical Response (GMR) is actively seeking a registered nurse (RN) to join our CrowdRx team at the Gorge Amphitheatre. The ideal candidate will provide essential medical care during various events held at this premier outdoor venue. This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. Our nurses play a crucial role in GMR’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care in dynamic event settings. Assess patients and provide necessary and prescribed medical treatment for immediate injuries or illnesses while at events. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care during events. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records regarding treatment and condition. Follow infection control protocols and use appropriate medical equipment and materials. Provide health advice and support to event attendees. Respond to emergencies and critical incidents quickly and efficiently. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Proficiency in medical equipment handling Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license CPR and BLS certification, with ACLS preferred
