We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to deliver high-quality outpatient care, including women’s health, OB, and surgical procedures. Overview: As a Family Practice Physician, you will play a vital role in a multidisciplinary team, managing a diverse patient population. Your clinical expertise will enable you to perform a variety of procedures, including OB deliveries, suturing, biopsies, colposcopies, and more. The position offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with 10-hour days, facilitating work-life balance. You will provide outpatient care across all age groups, with a focus on women’s health, prenatal care, and OB services, including deliveries and surgical procedures. The assignment lasts 6 months to one year, with potential for extension. Required Skills: Valid medical license in Oregon (preferred at submission) DEA certification (preferred at submission) Proven experience in outpatient OB and women’s health Competency in OB procedures, including deliveries and cesarean sections Ability to perform suturing, biopsies, colposcopies, and other outpatient procedures Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Cerner CommunityWorks EMR system Ability to work collaboratively with MDs, DOs, and NPs Nice to Have Skills: OB experience, including prenatal care and deliveries Surgical OB experience BLS and ACLS certifications Experience with inpatient and call responsibilities (OB call 1:3) Additional procedural skills like IUD placements, Nexplanon insertions, toe nail removals, and splinting Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 10 deliveries in the past 24 months and 30 cesarean births completed successfully At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience Demonstrated current competence in OB and surgical procedures Other Requirements: Participation in credentialing process (3-6 months) Active Oregon license and DEA at the time of application preferred Valid ACLS and NRP certifications Willingness to work flexible schedules, including OB call duties Must be able to meet all immunization, vaccination, and training requirements per facility standards Earn $174.14 per hour in this rewarding role.
