Job Description Orthopedic Trauma Surgicalist opening in Washington * Located in *Wenatchee, WA - 140 miles from Seattle & 170 miles from Spokane Full-time, permanent opening Joining a physician-owned and governed multi-specialty group Currently 12 specialty trained Orthopedic Surgeons and 15 dedicated APPs, including 1 Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon* Replacing a recently retired partner Position Overview: Seeking board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgicalist Seeking Trauma training or experience 1.0 FTE position Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State Providers who value high quality care and work life balance Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records Epic Electronic Medical Record * Level III Trauma Center with both clinic and hospital work supported by 3 APPs Work/Life Balance and Benefits:: Silver Award Winner of the AMA’s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout.
