Job Description:
Job Description Outpatient psychiatry opportunity with a growing
behavioral health clinic in rural Eastern Oregon Work alongside a
team of 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, plus licensed
clinical social workers Schedule consists of four 10-hour days per
week See an average of 12-16 patients per day Team-based approach
with 1:1 clinical support staff Phone call shared among providers
for established patients only Full-time, permanent position
Utilizes EPIC electronic medical records system Open to new
graduates Hospital-employed with comprehensive benefits, including
401k match and paid malpractice coverage Compensation of$385,000
with RVU production bonuses and quality incentives up to $45,500
$30,000 commencement bonus $8,000 annual allowance for CME,
licensing, dues, and subscription, plus paid CME time Student loan
assistance available Location features easy access to mountains,
lakes, and extensive outdoor activities (including hiking, biking,
skiing, and water sports)
