Overview We are looking for a skilled OB Hospitalist to provide high-quality obstetric care in Pendleton, OR. This position offers flexible scheduling for approximately 20 shifts per month, combining weekday clinic work with on-call responsibilities during weekdays and weekends. Required Skills Current Oregon medical license and board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and labor & delivery management Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of current obstetric practices and safety protocols Nice to Have Skills Experience in high-risk obstetrics and nursery care Bilingual abilities, particularly Spanish or Native American languages Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems Previous locum tenens experience Preferred Education and Experience Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology Minimum of 3 years of obstetric hospitalist experience Prior experience working in rural or community hospital settings is advantageous Other Requirements Willingness to travel to Pendleton, OR, for assigned shifts starting December 1, 2025 BLS, NRP, and (*) OB-related certifications required Must adhere to all hospital and state licensing regulations and protocols Will be compensated at $214.50 per hour for scheduled shifts This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a compassionate healthcare environment while advancing your professional career.
