Description Under the direction of the Director of
Operations/Clinic Director, the Clinic Manager I implements and is
accountable to the Practice Operations Council (POC) and the
Administrative Director. Working with the POC, the Clinic Manager I
has full responsibility, authority and accountability for the
performance of the assigned practice. Remains responsible for
physician relations, communications, management of all non-provider
staff (clinical matters will include direction from the affected
provider), practice revenue cycle management, Site-Specific Action
Plans (SSAP), physical clinic, operations, education and training,
supply inventory, etc. Providence caregivers are not simply valued

Associate's Degree - From an accredited educational institution or
Combination of 2 years equivalent education and/or experience. 2
years - Healthcare experience. 1 year - Supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 2 years - Practice management experience.
Lean process improvement experience. Bachelor's Degree - Business,
Healthcare Administration or Nursing from an accredited educational

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range
for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
