Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Walla Walla, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,078 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred License: Valid license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP*, PALS Must-Have: NRP preferred Description: This position requires an experienced Respiratory Therapist. The provider will work in a short-term acute care environment with patients of various age groups. Weekend shifts are required on a rotating basis. The expected patient ratios may vary based on acuity. Ideal candidates will have experience in adult critical care and pediatric care. Common responsibilities include managing ventilators, administering aerosol treatments, and performing respiratory assessments. Experience with charting in the Epic system is necessary. Certifications in PALS and ACLS are required, while NRP is preferred. The successful candidate must be adaptable and able to perform duties across multiple clinical settings. Therapists will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care. Responsibilities may include involvement in emergency situations such as trauma care and sedation procedures. Training in the use of specialized respiratory equipment is expected. The role may involve floating to different departments as necessary.
