Job Description:
Position Overview: A community health center in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a
dedicated and experienced dentist to join their outpatient clinic.
This role is critical due to the recent retirement of a dentist and
the ongoing training of new dental residents, resulting in
increased demand for dental services. The ideal candidate will be
ready to hit the ground running, providing high-quality care to an
underserved patient population. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive dental care in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a team of dental professionals. Manage a diverse caseload, addressing a wide range of dental
health needs. Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinic
protocols. Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet patient
needs. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $154,200 $231,300 annually,
commensurate with experience.
