PositionWe're looking for aCustomer Service Support Member to join
our team. As a Customer Service Support Member, you are responsible
for providing exceptional customer service and product support to
Solgen Powers clients. This role will be responsible for the AM
shift and would be 7AM-3:30pmBenefits:At Solgen Power, culture is

offDuties/Responsibilities:AM Customer Service support member 7AM-
3:30pm Answer inbound customer phone calls. Monitor customers solar
systems and report any system issues to appropriate team members.
Check voicemails and call customer back or triage to correct team.
Build strong relationships with customers and team members,
communicating in a timely and professional manner. Other duties as
assigned.Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service
skills.Ability to problem-solve. Proficient with Microsoft Office
Suite or related software. The ability to build rapport with
customers. The ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced
environment.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or
equivalent is requiredAt least one years' experience in customer
servicePhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a
desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15
