As a Customer Service Lead, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product support to Solgen Powers clients. -Benefits: -At Solgen Power, culture is important to us and -we focus on:

    • Answer inbound customer phone calls.
    • Monitor customers solar systems and report any system issues to appropriate team members.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and team members, communicating in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provides regular, ongoing, one-on-one coaching with retention specialists to continually enhance their sales success and development.
    • evaluates skill levels, utilizes all available coaching opportunities including: regular 1:1 meetings, territory reviews, joint customer calls, phone observations and sales strategy planning.
    • Provides ongoing skill, industry, product, and process training to the retentions team through regular team meetings. -
    • Intuitively and proactively understands customer concerns and facilitates escalation to the appropriate resources.
    • Acts as a customer advocate/peer to ensure all potential service objectives are addressed and met.
    • Enables a positive customer experience with all customers, including handling customer escalations and problem solving for customers. -Required Skills/Abilities:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
      • Ability to problem-solve.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
      • The ability to build rapport with customers.
      • The ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment. -Education and Experience:
        • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
        • At least one years' experience in customer service - -Physical Requirements:
          • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
