Job Description:

A Registered Nurse who is responsible for providing oversight for multiple Lourdes Counseling Center (LCC) departments in the absence of unit management.-- Address patient care issues, staffing, patient flow, and other issues that may arise. Directs the operations of LCC --in the absence of department directors and administration, providing leadership and working with staff to ensure quality care and maintain standards for professional practice.
This job will require 12 hour shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.
--Salary Range: $46.93 - $65.70
EDUCATION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Current Washington State RN License
  
  
• 
  Current CPR certification
  
  
• 
  ACLS within 6 months of hire
  
  
• 
  Bachelor Degree in Nursing
  
  
• 
  5 years Behavioral health/psychiatric care experience
  
  
• 
  3 years Nursing Supervisor/House Supervisor.--
  
  
• 
  --Psychiatric Emergency experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred
  
  
• 
  Ability to work with culturally diverse population
