H&N Wind and Electric, a division of Timken Motor & Crane Services, is currently seeking a Customer Service Analyst to support operations for the Pasco, WA site. The role of the Customer Service Analyst is to prepare service, repair, and/or parts quotes and to process customer orders for wind, mechanical, and electrical field services and buy/resale parts. The customer service analyst advises on necessary repairs, product application, availability, and prices. This role also supports the quality system at the site, providing safety and logistics support. This role reports into the Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities Include:

  • Generate service, repair, and/or parts quotes for wind, electrical, and mechanical field services, buy/resale parts for Wind and Electrical departments, and wind generator for repair/rewind for all wind services
  • Research and procure job materials and parts and advise on necessary repairs, product application, availability, and pricing
  • Track quotations, process orders, and coordinate with shop personnel and supply chain to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Respond to customer calls for services, parts, and repairs in a timely and professional manner
  • Contact vendors to determine product availability, application, price, shipping dates, and delivery charges
  • Prepare purchase orders, maintain records for incoming items, and manage logistics
  • Follow inventory control procedures and assist with physical inventory counts as directed by supervisor
  • Support shop and field service (supply chain, shop supplies, tooling, scheduling, communication, coordination)
  • Act as site representative for quality audits and ISO9001-2015 certifications/calibrations
  • Promote a professional company image by providing industry leading customer service Basic Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or equivalency required
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2 years of experience required, or 7 years of industrial sales or customer-facing sales experience required without a degree
    • 2 years of experience required, or 7 years of supply chain, logistics, or operations experience without a degree
    • Knowledge of Lean and ISO 9001:2015 preferred
    • Experience in electrical apparatus repair and/or wind turbine maintenance industry preferred
    • Basic MS365/Office applications, video conferencing, and keyboarding
    • Inventory management, record keeping, and basic report writing
