Description:Responsible for the timely and effective repair & troubleshooting of agricultural machinery and componentsRequired to be a self-starter and take initiativeRequired to continuously strive to strengthen and refine professional effectiveness through trainingEffectively diagnose situations or conditions in shopAbility to make decisions on their own.Require applicant to effectively write and communicate technical information in easily understood terms. Will require a class B CDL to drive the company truck to customers.Skills:Troubleshooting, Mechanical, Repair, Field service, tractor, Case, John Deere, Preventive maintenance, automotive repair, heavy machinery, diesel engine repairAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Have) Diesel mechanic experience on tractors or heavy equipment(construction okay or schooling equivalent), Excellent understanding of diesel systems; hydraulics, engines & electrical, Must have own tools, Computer skills (ability to follow work orders & troubleshoot w/ John Deere systems), CLEAN MVR, D/BNice to Have) Previous experience with John Deere, CASE, Pape, Central Machinery Sales, Agri Service, Pape etc. Strong with Diagnostics & troubleshooting, Communication & Customer Service skills, Diesel technology degree preferred About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
