We are a true farm-to-table company with operations that touch every aspect of agriculture, including seed production, farming and ranching, plant sciences, fertilizer manufacturing, food processing, commercial product development, and distribution.SummaryThe Receiving Lead will supervise the raw receiving department that unloads product from a truck and starts the production process.Key Responsibilities Trains and supervises Receiving employees on their job duties, serves as a point of contact for the employee and makes sure employees stay on task and take scheduled breaks Assists with all receiving duties including truck unloading, machine attending and clean up of the receiving area Reports any issues to the Production Lead or Processing Supervisor Performs other duties as assignedTypical EducationHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Relevant Experience1+ years related experience and/or training
Other InformationPhysical Requirements:The ability to lift and move 50lbs+.Working Environment:May be exposed to wet or humid conditions; May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions; May be exposed to high noise environments; May be exposed to chemicals used in the process; May be in temperatures of -5 degrees.
