Overview: As a Mental Health Counselor/Therapist, you will provide

promote mental well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct intake

- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans

activities. Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Counseling, Social
Work, Psychology, or a related field. - Valid state licensure (LPC,
LCSW, LMFT, etc.) or proof of eligibility for licensure. -
Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting preferred. -
Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT,
EMDR, etc.). - Excellent communication, listening, and
interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage a diverse caseload and
maintain accurate records. - Compassionate and non-judgmental
approach to client care. - Strong organizational skills and ability
to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: -
Experience working with specific populations (e.g., children,
adolescents, LGBTQ community, etc.). - Bilingual skills are a plus.
