Job Description Orthopedic Surgery opening in OregonLocated in La Grande, OR - Boise, ID 170m; Portland, OR 260mSeeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible Orthopedic Surgeon who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Full-time, permanent Four 10-hour days per week Join 3 full-time physicians and 2 full-time allied health professionals Level IV Trauma Center (1:3 call) Local University with Athletics Program Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza featuring on-site x-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing. Epic EMR Serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Board certification or eligibility required Open to new grads* Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital - Currently building a 96,000 sq. ft addition that includes a new OR suite, housing 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUsCompensation & Benefits Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($810k) RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold Quality incentives up to $177k annually Commencement bonus of $50,000 $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription paid CME time Student loan assistance Hospital employed Full benefits including a 401k match* Paid malpractice Yes, to new grads
